As Miranda revealed in an interview with Into the Gloss, she discovered the many health benefits of alkaline water while studying nutrition and other sources also show that she has been drinking 2-3 litres every day since then. On top of that, she also installed an alkaline water filter on her showerhead as alkaline water also helps to slow down premature aging and decreases the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines. From the looks of it, it’s quite clear that her beauty regime works.

At 42, the former Spice Girl hardly looks her age and she credits her svelte figure to the alkaline diet. The diet is known to increase metabolism, help with fat loss and detoxify the skin to make it clearer; and a big part of the diet includes drinking alkaline water, of course!
