Home Defects Inspection
When it comes to home defects inspection, we know best. Having been in the construction industry for many decades, we know what defects are critical, common and most importantly which is solvable.
Let us be the one to talk to your developer on your behalf because that is the most stressful part of owning a house. Your house should have only happy memories.
Our Home Defects Inspection includes 3 rounds of inspection.
1) First On-Site Inspection - We will conduct a detail inspection of your new house. Defects will be photographed, recorded and compiled into a detailed report for reference and follow-ups.
2) Second On-Site Joint Inspection - We will be there together with you and the developer to go through every defect. We will work with you and the developer on a reasonable timeline on the rectification of the defects.

3) Final On-Site Joint Inspection - After the defects have been rectified, we will have a joint inspection to check to ensure all defects are satisfactorily rectified.

Inspections will come with a Lifetime Free structural inspection where necessary.

For Renovation Management, we will take the hassle and help you monitor and checks on the progress of your renovation. We help to check on the quality of the materials and ensure that it is the quality that you pay for and check if the renovators are cutting corners. Most owners can only spare a day per week to drop by, we will be there on all the major tasks on your behalf.

Where we will do through the house together with the landlord and tenant on all the defects (If any), conditions of the furniture and aircon and have a detailed report for both. So when the lease is finished, there is no dispute of the condition of the house.
